The Laurels of Salisbury

The Laurels of Salisbury is conveniently located between Interstate 85 and Highway 70 in Salisbury, North Carolina, just minutes from Rowan Regional Medical Center. Our 60-bed skilled nursing unit and 20-bed rest home promote the highest level of care and quality of life to guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care or for extended stays. 

We pride ourselves on the continuity of care available to our guests of our facility through individualized programs designed to meet their specific needs. We excel at short-term respite and hospice care, as well as short-term rehabilitation. And if you are rehabilitating with us, you can rest assured our therapy team is working with your physician to design a plan that will get you back in the game as quickly as possible.
